I was pleasantly surprised by the character and charm of the hotel. The cobbled laneway filled with boutiques and cafes gave it a unique and quaint atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to ATMs and cafes. Despite being an older hotel, the room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant offered delicious food and the option to dine inside or outside. Additionally, the affordable taxi service ensured quick trips to the city center. While the beds were a bit hard and narrow, it didn't detract from the overall experience.

There was Weyrgasse bus station, located minutes from the hotel, just in case.

Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. Also, it had parking nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to and from the airport. It is also within walking distance of St Stephen's Plaza and the main shopping area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright, with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The staff at the hotel is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options are plentiful, with a good selection of cold meats, breads, and even freshly cooked eggs made to order. a great location with comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast.

Some guests had difficulty finding the hotel entrance, especially at night.

Breakfast options could be improved.

This place is situated in an alleyway that has open-air cafes where I enjoyed having a drink. Also, it's close to two subway stations that made it easy to travel around here. The room was quite comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an ironing facility. The staff at the reception and check-out were quite courteous and helpful. Being a pet-friendly property, it was a bonus for me as I had my furry friend with me.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and amenities.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Champagne that was left in our room, which was a lovely gesture to celebrate the holiday season. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby train and metro stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. the spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable and quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

We stayed at Mercure in Vienna for just one night as a stop-over on our way to the airport. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the train station. The hotel had a charming, historic building with protected private parking available. The room was exactly as pictured and the breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of options including different types of milk, cereals, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The room was well-appointed and had air conditioning, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air.

We highly recommend this hotel.
